Self Service — export credits (one-time)
Functional self-service stays. One credit processes one chat export end to end and gives you every output format. Credits never auto-renew, are valid for 12 months, and volume packs lower the per-export price. Engine pack keys: credits_1, credits_5, credits_25, credits_100.

Professional — retention (optional, recurring)
By default, generated reports are deleted automatically 7 days after they are created. If you want reports online — searchable and shareable — add a retention plan. Retention is separate from credits: processing an export always costs a credit (or a monthly included allowance). Engine keys: retention_lite, retention_pro, retention_archive.

Business Intelligence & Private
These lanes are commercial engagements, not engine plan keys. Conversation Intelligence (org taxonomy, review workbench, insights) may already be available in the hosted product when enabled — a BI POC is for guided rollout on your archives, and Private is for residency / dedicated terms. Book a Business POC.
POC walks Import → Organize → Understand → Act on an archive you provide. We do not publish unverified accuracy percentages — you judge fit on your data.
What you get
Taxonomy / customer intelligence workflow is available in-app for signed-in users when the insights surface is enabled — it is not limited to a BI/Private checkout SKU. BI and Private remain the lanes for guided POC and quoted engagements.

GST & billing
- Self Service credit-pack prices on this page are the amounts charged at self-serve checkout today (INR), loaded from
/api/billing/plans. Automated GST line-items are not added in the payment flow yet. - Professional retention list prices match the engine catalog. Self-serve retention Subscribe is only offered when retention plan IDs are configured (
checkout.retention); otherwise contact CTAs are shown. - Automated GST-compliant tax invoices and customer-GSTIN capture at checkout are not yet enabled. If you need a tax invoice, email support@kamyab.co.in with your payment reference. Our GSTIN is 07AABCK5757E3ZH.
- Payments for Self Service credits are collected by Razorpay when billing is configured. BI and Private are invoiced after POC / proposal.
- Prices may change. A change never affects credits you have already bought; we give at least 30 days' notice before increasing an active retention renewal price.
Pricing questions
When is a credit actually spent?
When processing finishes and the export is ready to download. If a job fails on our side, the credit returns to your balance.
Do credits expire?
Unused export credits expire 12 months after purchase. Keep an eye on your balance in the app; expiry reminder email is not guaranteed until transactional email is enabled.
Can I get a refund?
Unused credits are refundable in full within 7 days of purchase; consumed credits are not. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Do I need Professional retention?
Not unless you want reports hosted beyond 7 days. Download-and-keep works on Self Service alone. Self-serve retention checkout appears only when retention plans are configured live.
Is taxonomy only on BI / Private?
No. When Conversation Intelligence is enabled on the host, taxonomy and insights are available in-app. BI / Private are how you buy guided rollout or private engagement — not the only way the feature exists.
