Retention plan — optional, recurring
By default, generated reports are deleted automatically 7 days after they are created. That is a deliberate privacy choice, and for many people downloading the file is enough. If you would rather keep your reports online — searchable, shareable and out of your Downloads folder — add the retention plan.
Retention is billed monthly or annually and can be cancelled at any time. It is separate from credits: processing an export always costs a credit, whether or not you subscribe.

ThreadClarity does not resell AI capacity. You connect your own Google Gemini, OpenAI or Anthropic API key, and that provider bills you directly for whatever you use — typically a few rupees per archive. We add no markup, and AI features stay off until you add a key. See the BYOK terms.
GST & billing
- All prices on this page are exclusive of GST. Goods and Services Tax at 18% is added at checkout for customers in India. The ₹1,599 pack, for example, is billed at ₹1,886.82 including GST.
- A GST-compliant tax invoice is emailed for every payment, showing our GSTIN 07AABCK5757E3ZH, the HSN/SAC code, and the tax split.
- Registered businesses: add your GSTIN at checkout to have it printed on the invoice so you can claim input tax credit. We cannot reissue an invoice with a GSTIN added after the fact in a later tax period.
- Export of services: customers billed outside India may be zero-rated where the conditions under the IGST Act are met. Contact us before paying if this applies to you.
- Payments are collected by Razorpay — UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets. We never see or store your card or UPI credentials.
- Prices may change. A change never affects credits you have already bought, and we give at least 30 days' notice by email before increasing the renewal price of an active retention plan.
Pricing questions
When is a credit actually spent?
When processing finishes and the export is ready to download. If a job fails on our side, the credit goes straight back to your balance.
Do credits expire?
They are valid for 12 months from purchase and we email you before they lapse.
Can I get a refund?
Unused credits are refundable in full within 7 days of purchase; consumed credits are not. The retention plan has a 7-day refund window on your first monthly subscription (14 days on annual). The Refund & Cancellation Policy has the detail.
What happens to my reports if I cancel retention?
Access continues to the end of the period you paid for, then a 30-day grace period during which you can still download everything, then permanent deletion. Resubscribe during the grace period and nothing is lost.
Do I need the retention plan?
Not unless you want reports hosted. If you download your exports and keep them yourself, credits alone are enough.
Is there a free tier?
There is no ongoing free tier. A single credit at ₹99 is the low-risk way to see whether ThreadClarity handles your archive well before you buy a pack.
Do you offer volume or non-profit pricing?
Yes, above 200 exports a year, and for registered non-profits and academic research. Write to support@kamyab.co.in with "Enterprise" in the subject.
